About the Doctor
John Allen Noblin, D.C.
Dr. Noblin has eight academic years of college education, which includes a B.S. Degree in Life Science and the degree Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Noblin attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he earned a B.S. Degree in Education. He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He has many years of practice experience, including one year as a student intern at Logan College and two years of clinic internship, one at Southroads Health Center, St. Louis, and one at Beasley Chiropractic Center, Covington, TN. He has been in private practice in Covington, TN, since 2007 before joining Pain Relief and Wellness Associates in 2012. Dr. Noblin has had extensive training in spinal and extremity joint rehabilitation procedures and also attends many seminars and scientific symposia to enhance his knowledge of the latest research.
Dr. Noblin is a Christian and is a member of First Baptist Church in Dyersburg. He and his wife, Allyson, live in Dyersburg and have two children, John Parker, and Brooklyn. He is a past secretary and board member and is still an active member of Rotary International.
Dr. Noblin has been involved in many activities and has received many awards. Among these are the following:

April Beasley, MA, CTA, CA, Rehab Technician
April is a Certified Medical Assistant, and CTA is also our senior rehabilitation technician. In addition to assisting with our medical staff, she performs various therapies with an always present smile. She has been with BCC since 1998. In her time in our office, she has also helped deliver care to thousands of satisfied patients.
She has a total of 21 years of medical healthcare experience.
April completed her medical assistant studies and examination at St. Augustine School of Medical Assistants and has completed a course of study and passed the Tennessee State Board Examination which allows her to be a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant.
She also has the following qualifications:

Janet Riley, MA, CTA, CA, CXT, MDXL
Janet Riley, CTA, CA, CXT TechnicianJanet is our Medical X-ray Technologist, a Certified Medical Assistant, and Chiropractic Therapy Assistant. She has been with BCC since 2001. She has assisted our office in delivering chiropractic health care to hundreds of satisfied patients throughout our community. She has 19 years of healthcare work experience.
Janet is also our insurance coding and oversight specialist. She oversees insurance and ensures proper payment of all of our patients’ claims. She is very capable and sees to it that all of our patients’ financial concerns are handled with professionalism in a prompt manner.
Janet has completed a course of study and passed her Medical Assistant examination and the Tennessee State Board Examination to be a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant. The total course included 50 hours of classroom instruction and 1200 hours of practical training. She is also a board-certified X-Ray Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Patricia Maupin, CTA , CA, Rehab Tech
Patricia is a Rehab Tech and Therapy Assistant. She performs various therapies and also designs rehab programs for our patients. In her time in our office, she has also helped deliver care to hundreds of satisfied patients. She also has 19 years of healthcare-related experience.
Patricia has completed a course of study and passed the Tennessee State Board Examination to be a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant. The CTA course includes 50 hours of instruction along with 1200 clinical hours of training.
She has been with BCC since 2005.

Cindy McGuire, CTA, CA, Front Desk Operations Manager
Cindy is our Front Desk CA with an always present smiling face to greet our patients and assist them with their various needs when they enter our office. She performs these duties and is a Therapy Assistant as well. She has been with Pain Relief and Wellness Associates since January 2011. Prior to joining us, Cindy had over 23 years of customer service experience, which shows in her wonderful personality. During her time in our office, she has also helped deliver care to thousands of satisfied patients.
Cindy has completed a course of study and passed the Tennessee State Board Examination to be a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant. The CTA course includes 50 hours of instruction along with 1200 clinical hours of training.
She is also a Certified Chiropractic Therapy Assistant.
